There are some amazing pop videos out at them moment - so much so that I had to blog them. From 2 of my favourite bands my current favourite promos....
Yeah Yeah Yeah 'Sacrilege'
Its like a mini film - similar to that dark French Film 'Irreversible' - It starts at the end, and tells an amazing, symbolic story of Hypocrisy and Sacrilege - it's so clever and symbolic - stars Lily Cole who gives one helluva performance - Watch it!

Went to the British Film Institue on Londons Southbank for to see the 1967 film of Bonnie + Clyde Directed by Arhur Penn. Excellent styling and a script packed full of a great ye old southern American phrases like "Why I do declare, She's a Peach and Ain't life grand... I have just got back from the most awesome work trip to The Michelberger Hotel in Berlin.
I was there to Produce a live gig Film with most excellent band The National.

- Apr 23, 13I recently Produced a Music video for the Band Daughter, signed to 4AD.
The song is called 'Still' and the video was directed by brilliant Artist/Directors Iain & Jane.
Music promo's especially those with low budgets can be quite challenging, there was something very magical about working on this one.
It was shot at my flat and my cat face, Bil-Lee Hendrix makes a cameo appearance.

Recently Produced a Pop Promo. I really liked the treatment sent to me from Directors; Ben Murray and Ross McDowell - so I agreed to get on-board.
We didn't have long to turn it around from Prep to Delivery - in all we had about 2 w-eeks!With the help of a super crew, directors with vision and some hard graft - we pulled it out the bag and it turned out magic.
The promo received MTV play and over 3.5 million hits on youtube in under 3 months!Enjoy... - Apr 23, 13

Recently I Produced & Directed a 2nd Unit for a South America Channel called Azteca. They'll be showing the 2012 Olympics 24/7 and needed some programme bumper/idents.
So, Super cool, Oscar nominated Art Director/Director, Felipe Fernandez Del Paso came to London make them. He entrusted me to Produce and Direct 6 of them.
